DELHI POLICE - A Capital menace for Delhi!

DURING THE LAST FEW DECADES LAW AND JUDICIARY HAS ON THE WHOLE GOT REDUCED TO A MERE FARCE.  THIS IS APPARENT FROM THE MANNER IN WHICH THE ENTIRE INSTITUTION OF LAW AND JUDICIARY IS FUNCTIONING AS OF TODAY. CONTRARY TO THE CONCEPT OF THE POLICE FORCE BEING EARMARKED WITH A RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE SECURITY TO LIVES AND PROPERTY OF PEOPLE AND CITIZENS IN GENERAL, THE POLICE FORCE OF TODAY HAS GROSSLY MADE A DEPARTURE FROM THE LAID DOWN NORMS TO MERELY IMPART A SEMBLANCE OF DECORATION TO AN OTHERWISE INSECURE LIFE TO PEOPLE AND CITIZENS AND THAT TOO AT THE COST OF A HAPLESS PEOPLE HAVING TO SUFFER IGNOMINOUS INSULT, ASSAULT AND THREATS TO THEIR LIVES.

DURING THE BYGONE YEARS THE MUCH SPOKEN OF FORCE NAMELY THE DELHI POLICE TOO HAVE CLIMBED DOWN TO A STATE OF EXTREMIST OUTLOOK BY PROJECTING THEMSELVES IN THE FORM OF A MENACE TO PEOPLE AND THEIR SECURITY.  DERELICTION OF DUTY BY THE ENTIRE FORCE APART, DELHI POLICE HAS EVEN SHED ITS ALLOTTED RESPONSIBILITIES TO ACTING THEIR MODE OF EXTREMISM IN A VERY ALARMING MANNER.

THE UNION TERRITORY OF DELHI BESIDES BEING THE NATIONAL CAPITAL IS ALSO ONE AREA WHERE SECURITY OF PEOPLE OUGHT TO BE THE PRIMARY OUTLOOK.  GONE ARE THE DAYS 1970’S WHEN DELHI POLICE USED TO BE KEPT ON TENDERHOOKS BY STUDENT UNREST AND POPULAR UPRISING, HAVING TO GRAPPLE WITH SEVERAL INSTANCES OF HEINOUS CRIME GRIPPING THE NATIONAL CAPITAL ON ALL FRONTS. FOR MANY DECADES AFTER INDIA ACHIEVED INDEPENDENCE, THE POLICE FORCE HAVE FOR LONG BEEN KEPT ON THEIR TOES FOR ANY ALERT ON THE QUESTION OF SECURITY OF PEOPLE AND NATION.  HOWEVER, TODAY SUCH A SENSE OF DEDICATION HAS MELTED AWAY IN THE PROCESS WITH PEOPLE AND AUTHORITIES ASSUMING POSITIONS AND PROMOTIONS MERELY ON THE BASIS OF SENIORITY AND INFLUENCE.  NOWHERE IS FOUND THAT SENSE OF RESPONSIBILITY AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL, SO MUCH SO THE SUBORDINATES AND LOWER STAFF HAVE THEMSELVES GOT INDUCED TO ACTING CRIMINAL AND THE ONES THAT HAVE TO BEAR THE BRUNT OF EXTREMIST TENDENCIES AT THE HANDS OF POLICE FORCE ARE THE ORDINARY PUBLIC THEMSELVES.  AS A RESULT, INSTANCES OF POLICE FORCE LETTING GO THEIR LOOSE TEMPER ON HAPLESS AND INNOCENT CITIZENS HAVE BECOME A COMMON FEATURE AND THE CITIZENS FOR FEAR OF BEING AVENGED FOR BRINGING THE MATTER TO THE NOTICE OF HIGHER AUTHORITIES GO ABOUT THEIR DAILY CHORUS BEARING UP WITH THE BRUTALITIES BY THESE UNIFORMED MEN.

DURING THE LAST FEW YEARS SEVERAL STEPS HAVE BEEN INITIATED BY THE DEPARTMENT TO IMPROVISE ON THE MODUS OPERANDI OF GETTING AT THE CORE OF CRIME AND PESTILENCE.  THESE STEPS HAVE BEEN FURTHER EMBELLISHED BY PROVIDING ENHANCED FACILITIES OR ADDITIONAL APPARATUS FOR LEASHING CRIME IN AND AROUND THE CAPITAL. 

IN LINE WITH THE SAME DRIVE THE DEPARTMENT HAS EVEN INSTALLED MICROPHONES AND LOUDSPEAKERS BLARING INTERMITTENT WARNINGS AT CORNERS AND CROSS-SECTIONS OF ROADS WHERE LARGE NUMBER OF PUBLIC ARE BOUND TO FREQUENT.  OVERALL WITH THE NOVEL WAYS OF TACKLING EXTREMISM AND PUBLIC MENACE AND WITH A TRUMPED UP SECURITY ALLEGEDLY MADE TO ENHANCE THE INFRASTRUCTURE PROVIDED TO ENSURE SECURITY OF THE CAPITAL, THE CITY HAS TO A LARGE EXTENT BECOME A PUBLIC NUISANCE WHERE EVEN THE UNIFORMED POLICE FIND IT CONVENIENT TO OVERACT THEIR RESPECTIVE ROLES.  SO SHOULD NOT THE FORCE BE CALLED AN OUTLET IN TO A SO CALLED CONVENIENCE – WHO CARES IF THE SAME CONVENIENCE BE TERMED AS PUBLIC OR OTHERWISE?

DELHI BEING THE NATIONAL CAPITAL IS A VERY SENSITIVE AREA AND NEEDS TO BE RESPECTED AS SUCH. BEING THE HIGHEST SLOT IN THE LARGEST DEMOCRACY DELHI HAPPENS TO BE THE TOPMOST SEAT OF GOVERNMENT AND LAW. IT THEREFORE, NEEDS TO BE TREATED AS A TERRITORY DEMANDING UTMOST SECURITY.  AN IDEAL PLACE FOR THE COUNTRY AND STATES TO EMULATE!  BUT ALAS, THESE VIEWS HAVE GOT DEMOLISHED AND THE CAPITAL IS TODAY FLOURISHING UNDER THE MASTERS OF CRIME NAMELY THE DELHI POLICE.

FAR FROM MAKING DELHI AN IDEAL CAPITAL THE DELHI POLICE HAVE RESORTED TO INDULGING IN HIGHHANDED BRUTAL ASSAULT, BEATING UP, SLAPPING OR CAUSING PHYSICAL INJURIES TO VENDORS, PEOPLE AND CIVILIANS. SUCH GRAVE INJURIES BEING CAUSED ON THE OVERALL LIVES OF PEOPLE NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED.  THESE VENTURES BY UNIFORMED MEN MUST IMMEDIATELY STOP AND THE LAW ENFORCERS OUGHT TO ACT WITH RESTRAINT BY NOT INDULGING IN ACTS WHEREBY INNOCENT PEOPLE WHO ARE BREAD EARNERS TO INNOCENT FAMILIES ARE PENALIZED WITH HIGH-HANDED ATROCITIES METED OUT TO PEOPLE TREKKING TO PLACES FAR AND NEAR.  FOR DELHI POLICE THESE INNOCENT MEN, WOMEN AND CHILDREN ARE THIEVES, CRIMINALS OR HOOLIGANS.  AND THE CRIMINALS -  WELL, THEY FORM A LUCRATIVE SOURCE FOR THEIR SIDE INCOME! 

THE RECENT FULFILLMENT OF HIGH-TECH APPARATUSES INCLUDING VEHICLES & MOTORCYCLES ALLOTTED TO THE UNIFORMED MEN FOR ENHANCING THE ATTIRE OF THE POLICE FORCE HAS OVERALL ENTHUSED THE POLICE PERSONNEL IN TO EXHIBITING A SHOW OF ARROGANCE.

INDIA & ITS CITIZENS WOULD DEMAND IMMEDIATE SUSPENSION AND DISMISSAL OF ERRING POLICEMEN – PARTICULARLY IN THE NATIONAL CAPITAL OF DELHI.   THIS IS ONLY THE FIRST INSTANCE THAT RARE CASES OF ASSAULT AND ATROCITIES COMMITTED BY DELHI POLICE PERSONNEL IS BEING FOCUSED FOR PUBLIC AND AUTHORITIES TO TAKE NOTE OF.  IF NEED BE, A PARALLEL ADMINISTRATION COULD BE CHURNED OUT TO POLICE THESE CRIME PRONNED MISCHIEF MAKERS CALLED THE DELHI POLICE. 

IT THEREFORE, REMAINS TO BE SEEN AS TO WHETHER DELHI POLICE ARE INCLINED TO CHANGING OVER A NEW LEAF BY BRINGING ABOUT A SEMBLANCE OF ORDER WITHIN THEIR RANK AND FILE OR SHOULD THE PUBLIC THINK IN TERMS OF PARALLELS?

Police force, in general, is becoming more or less a menace for the people.  Rather than bringing about reform within people the nation is presently reeling under instances of Police brutality and high handedness by these uniformed men.  People mostly belonging to middle class category are at times made to bear the brunt of these uniformed men whose very presence is only multiplying instances of crime all over the country.  Several instances of fake encounters or police brutality which have time and again made headlines in newspapers have only provided the media with the needed input but they have never brought about a resolve or reform in the overall indulgences by law or in the daily lives of people. 

When the nation reels under pressure of lack of security by general public, what grips the ordinary people with is a fear psychosis as to where someone or the other might get pulled up by some lurking police personnel for a fault that might only get conceived or concocted by these erring uniformed men after they have dealt out their vengeful attitude.   Police Department in the meanwhile deems it their exclusive right to project or propagate what according to them would be acceptable to their superiors, to the ministry or the general public as the best suited excuse, which in effect might as well be a deep rooted conspiracy to escape wrath of law or punishment unto themselves.

On the whole, the activities of Police Department in most states having reached a low ebb and is already evoking a sense of detest by citizens of an independent India for whom the only solution at being apprehended by law on one count or the other remains to be to accept the fault they are faulted with by Policemen and endure the penalty or jail till the clouds clear of their own.  With even the government sidelined by people and bodies, among which number includes the courts too, every attempt to have segregated various bodies in to autonomous institutions has made the task of streamlining procedures and programs cumbersome, if not practically impossible.  And when speaking of Police Personnel, the Delhi Police are no better either.

Whether or not the much touted high-tech Delhi Police force feels any sense of shame or regret for excesses being committed by individuals and groups in uniform, this writer personally feels this “extremely powerful band of ultra-modern high-tech criminals” might soon be getting a taste of what public feels about their extremist activities, which in effect is making Delhi more or less a den of pestilence.

It might as well turn out to be a highly intoxicating concept to be watching extraordinary stunts being enacted from time to time by the Delhi Police Force so much so, for the present day youngsters there would appear no better a career to opt for than to be masters of a uniform, that too right in the heart of the nation, which uniform the public would dread.  With high-grade stunts that the Delhi Police feel free to rehearse over a silent and docile public, the entire concept of Police brutality could generate far more enthusiasm among younger generation of people to the extent of their opting to join Delhi Police Force which appears to be more lucrative whereby it provides a far more superior and attractive option to lead a career of high-tech quality than even what cricket line or film line has hitherto been offering.

Incidentally, the “Crime Update” serial being broadcast at 7.30 pm on Sundays might be construed as a novel vision by Delhi Police whereby the young minds get educated free of cost in the great art of taking to crime for grabbing or accumulating cheap bucks rather than screwing their eyes on to text books which ultimately costs a great deal of stress or strain.  Surely, a decade or two hence, Delhi might have scores of misguided elements – thanks to Delhi Police – who might overtake even the ultras running around with AK47 for giving the general public a harrowing time.

So, come!  Watch out for my blogs soon to hit the net with as much and more of the fun-and-frolic by Delhi Police Force and their activities for the nation and its people so that the nation could be a better judge as to whether the public are themselves at fault for increasing instances of crime and criminality or are the Delhi Police contributing handsomely for educating people to take to wilder crimes to ultimately make Delhi a safe haven for criminals and extremist elements?

In the thick of things and as time progresses, day in and day out several instances of such police brutality or atrocity might be taking place somewhere in the capital or the other.  There may even be several instances of inconvenience being caused to public peace by these very police personnel, which instances are not likely to come out in print because they the media have to as a policy depend on the police for their day to day inputs which might otherwise get suppressed under the guise of vengeance or inconvenience.

This writer was a witness to similar instances of Police brutality which might be of interest to people with interest to know where Delhi Police force stands in the way of public peace.

Policeman on Speeding Motorcycle No. HR15A 7949 – 7.30 PM of 05.08.2013

Police Commissioner should appreciate that a Senior Citizen at 64 has deemed it expedient to bring some of the rampant irregularities indulged in by Police at various levels and areas of the capital.  This daredevilry by an elderly person ought to be viewed as a stage where Police have lost the faith and confidence of public at large for whose security the Police Department has been set up and paid salaries which rarely any of the ordinary public running around to escape being bullied by police and officials ever manage to achieve.

The one singular instance of this writer himself experiencing the bullying tactic by a Haryanvi Policeman on the evening of 5^th August, 2013 at around 7.30 PM at the Elevated Corridor of Surajmal Stadium end on Rohtak Road while he was crossing the road should stand as an eye opener as to how an ordinary citizen or a poor man would have to suffer at the hands of Police.  It was the presence of mind that made this writer to get past the Police man on Motorcycle HR15A 7949 rushing at high speed towards Mundka-Tikari Border where he confronted the complainant.

After some altercation whereby the Man did attempt to bully with his Haryanvi accent when this citizen pointed out regarding the top speed drive that he was indulging in and thus committing a grave error, the man immediately switched off the motor cycle as if to charge on this citizen with his interrogatory “You tell me, at what speed should I drive?” the presence of mind and a prompt reply made the man mollify to uttering “Uncle, you would not lose anything by slowing down your pace for two minutes”, as if to prompt that I was in the wrong whereas his driving at top speed did not matter at all.

Policeman on Motor Cycle NO. DLF 4S BY 0380 – Bulldozing trolleys of vendors containing heaps of vegetables, fruits, coconuts etc. shattering them all on the road in full view of public and creating nuisance of highhanded uniform power on Monday the 14^th October, 2013 at 7.30 PM

It was a horrendous sight. And it was the first time ever this writer personally witnessed a piece of highhandedness by Police force.  With blood boiling to a state of sensitiveness, the writer did not immediately intrude in to the mess that the policeman was creating.

Location and time happened to be between Bhootwali Gali and Nangloi crossing precisely along the side of Janata Xray.  This happened on Monday the 14^th October, 2013 at around 7.30 PM

The Policeman was of medium built and around 35 years of age rushed in to tackle the vendors and in his hurry to drive the vendors out of their positions alongside the road started bulldozing with his motorcycle on to the trolleys of vendors carrying their meager products like coconuts, vegetables, fruits and started spilling them all on the road in full public view.

He bulldozed his motorcycle on to the trolleys of vendors spilling their shopping items of coconuts, vegetables, fruits all over the place.  However, what did irritate this writer is the manner in which he caught hold of one such vendor of about 23 years of age and brutally thrashed, slapped and beat him up and banged him against a temporary makeshift background wall.  The writer left immediately without waiting to watch all the atrocity by this Policeman.

CRIME UPDATE – A fake show to trumpet competency

Delhi Police call it ‘Crime Up-date’ but the criminals who hideously view it as an illustration of their own profession call it odd stuff which hardly matches their caliber and expertise. So who in reality who stands to gain from the “Crime Up-date” Sunday serial being aired by Delhi Police at around 7.30 p.m. on National Channel? 

Obviously, the young children or the common man who through its depiction of criminal acts and repeated time and again to fill the time slot allotted manage to gain an insight in to the modus operandi of criminal gangs operating round the clock not only in the National Capital but all over the country and around the world as well.

This novel method of educating children on how to take to crime might speak well of a crime prone society that might well be within the reach of the present day youngsters who during their years of adolescence or youth would not have to hanker after movies and serials depicting crime and criminal plots.  On the contrary these very youngsters would then be vying for a cell within the Tihar or a reputation that would supersede the Bunty chor status.

Surely, Delhi Police do deserve kudos for the amount of social service being carried out by them with precision so that the nation might soon be plaged by crimes of superior nature and the Delhi Police would have enough reason to project their genuine complaint regarding inadequacy of man power within the Police Department.

Delhi Police are gaining in notoriety with every passing day and apart from the record indulgences by police and their accomplices, corrupt dealings by these uniformed men are already making the extremists look a tiny wee lot in terms of crime and conspiracy. 

There is need to set alarm bells tolling the onset of a frightening era that might well give competition to the extremists as well, so that the nation would need to call the army in for perennial and round the clock service to quell a state of turmoil.

Presently the very name of Police Department is evoking a sense of detest by citizens of an independent India.  With the governments both at the Center as also in the states having been sidelined by people, bodies and institutions, the nation is already looking up at a period of irredeemable state of chaos and pestilence. 

No wonder attempts by various governments to provide autonomy to departments and institutions without regard for the need to segregate the centralized authority of government, the very nature of rectifying areas of indiscipline and crime has become cumbersome, if not totally impossible.  With a Constitution already tampered with, with as many and more amendments to its originality, the very task of streamlining procedures and programs would only make law and legalities cumbersome.

Police Department has earned infamous reputation for scrupulously managing unscrupulousness in a manner that crime has gone unabated whereby to any independent observer it would appear that the very department has been managing the growth graph of crime in the capital.  The department has chosen particularly the children of the land to learn crime from the serial ‘Crime Update’. Thanks to the Police and Law Enforcing Department, today with ‘Crime Update’ in the air and media manufacturing increased crime and criminality through scandalous broadcast of dramatic crimes depicting the real life crimes, the department has chosen not only the nation and its people but even the young minds to learn crime and criminal ways.  Good that the Police Department will have enough occupation during the years ahead.  And criminals would have their population trebling if not overwhelmingly multiplying in speed and sophistication.

POLICE – LAW & JUDICIARY – MUST MELT AWAY AND GENERAL PUBLIC MUST BE TRAINED TO LIVE A DISCIPLINED LIFE

POLICE BRUTALITY HAS MAIMED THE SOCIETY. POLICE HAVE BEEN ACTING BRUTAL AND SPREADING THEIR EVIL ON TO INNOCENT CIVILIANS. POLICE STAND TO BE BLAMED FOR INCREASING NUMBER OF PEOPLE TAKING TO AGGRESSIVE ACTS AND BRUTAL AND ATROCIOUS CRIMES IN LARGE NUMBERS.

STOP VANDALISM – ATROCITY – BRUTALITY – MELT OUT OF PUBLIC SECURITY – GIVE PLACE TO REFORMS THROUGH PUBLIC RESHUFFLE!

The duty of Police for which they wear uniform and carry away a monthly heavy pay packet is to secure an innocent environment for the public and innocent general public going about in pursuit of their daily bread.  Police is not expected to create hurdles for these innocent have-nots as compared to heavily paid Police Force.

On the whole, the activities of Police Department in most states having reached a low ebb and is already evoking a sense of detest by citizens of an independent India for whom the only solution at being apprehended by law on one count or the other remains to be to accept the fault they are faulted with by Policemen and endure the penalty or jail till the clouds clear of their own.  With even the government sidelined by people and bodies, among which number includes the courts too, every attempt to have segregated various bodies in to autonomous institutions has made the task of streamlining procedures and programs cumbersome, if not practically impossible.  And when speaking of Police Personnel, the Delhi Police are no better either.

Whether or not the much touted high-tech Delhi Police force feels any sense of shame or regret for excesses being committed by individuals and groups in uniform, this writer personally feels this “extremely powerful band of ultra-modern high-tech criminals” might soon be getting a taste of what public feels about their extremist activities, which in effect is making Delhi more or less a den of pestilence.

It might as well turn out to be a highly intoxicating concept to be watching extraordinary stunts being enacted from time to time by the Delhi Police Force so much so, for the present day youngsters there would appear no better a career to opt for than to be masters of a uniform, that too right in the heart of the nation, which uniform the public would dread.  With highgraded stunts that the Delhi Police feel free to renearse over a silent and docile public, the entire concept of Police brutality could generate far more enthusiasm among younger generation of people to the extent of their opting to join Delhi Police Force which appears to be more lucrative whereby it provides a far more superior and attractive option to lead a career of high-tech quality than even what cricket line or film line has hitherto been offering.

Incidentally, the “Crime Update” serial being broadcast at 7.30 pm on Sundays might be construed as a novel vision by Delhi Police whereby the young minds get educated free of cost in the great art of taking to crime for grabbing or accumulating cheap bucks rather than screwing their eyes on to text books which ultimately costs a great deal of stress or strain.  Surely, a decade or two hence, Delhi might have scores of misguided elements – thanks to Delhi Police – who might overtake even the ultras running around with AK47 for giving the general public a harrowing time.

So, come!  Watch out for my blogs soon to hit the net with as much and more of the fun-and-frolic by Delhi Police Force and their activities for the nation and its people so that the nation could be a better judge as to whether the public are themselves at fault for increasing instances of crime and criminality or are the Delhi Police contributing handsomely for educating people to take to wilder crimes to ultimately make Delhi a safe haven for criminals and extremist elements?

In the thick of things and as time progresses, day in and day out several instances of such police brutality or atrocity might be taking place somewhere in the capital or the other.    There may even be several instances of inconvenience being caused to public peace by these very police personnel, which instances are not likely to come out in print because they the media have to as a policy depend on the police for their day to day inputs which might otherwise get suppressed under the guise of vengeance or inconvenience.

This writer was a witness to similar instances of Police brutality which might be of interest to people with interest to know where Delhi Police force stands in the way of public peace.

Policeman on Speeding Motorcycle No. HR15A 7949 – 7.30 PM of 05.08.2013

Police Commissioner should appreciate that a Senior Citizen at 64 has deemed it expedient to bring some of the rampant irregularities indulged in by Police at various levels and areas of the capital.  This daredevilry by an elderly person ought to be viewed as a stage where Police have lost the faith and confidence of public at large for whose security the Police Department has been set up and paid salaries which rarely any of the ordinary public running around to escape being bullied by police and officials ever manage to achieve.

The one singular instance of this writer himself experiencing the bullying tactic by a Haryanvi Policeman on the evening of 5^th August, 2013 at around 7.30 PM at the Elevated Corridor of Surajman Stadium end on Rohtak Road while he was crossing the road should stand as an eye opener as to how an ordinary citizen or a poor man would have to suffer at the hands of Police.  It was the presence of mind that made this writer to get past the Police man on Motorcycle HR15A 7949 rushing at high speed towards Mundka-Tikari Border where he confronted the complainant.

After some altercation whereby the Man did attempt to bully with his Haryanvi accent when this citizen pointed out regarding the top speed drive that he was indulging in and thus committing a grave error, the man immediately switched off the motoc cycle as if to charge on this citizen with his interrogatory “You tell me, at what speed should I drive?” the presence of mind and a prompt reply made the man mollify to uttering “Uncle, you would not lose anything by slowing down your pace for two minutes”, as if to prompt that I was in the wrong whereas his driving at top speed did not matter at all.

Policeman on Motor Cycle NO. DLF 4S BY 0380 – Bulldozing trolleys of vendors containing heaps of vegetables, fruits, coconuts etc. shattering them all on the road in full view of public and creating nuisance of highhanded uniform power on Monday the 14^th October, 2013 at 7.30 PM

It was a horrendous sight. And it was the first time ever this writer personally witnessed a piece of highhandedness by Police force.  With blood boiling to a state of sensitiveness, the writer did not immediately intrude in to the mess that the policeman was creating.

Location and time happened to be between Bhootwali Gali and Nangloi crossing precisely along the side of Janata Xray.  This happened on Monday the 14^th October, 2013 at around 7.30 PM

The Policeman was of medium built and around 35 years of age rushed in to tackle the vendors and in his hurry to drive the vendors out of their positions alongside the road started bulldozing with his motorcycle on to the trolleys of vendors carrying their meager products like coconuts, vegetables, fruits and started spilling them all on the road in full public view.

He bulldozed his motorcycle on to the trolleys of vendors spilling their shopping items of coconuts, vegetables, fruits all over the place.  However, what did irritate this writer is the manner in which he caught hold of one such vendor of about 23 years of age and brutally thrashed, slapped and beat him up and banged him against a temporary makeshift background wall.  The writer left immediately without waiting to watch all the atrocity by this Policeman.

POLICE – LAW & JUDICIARY – MUST MELT AWAY AND GENERAL PUBLIC MUST BE TRAINED TO LIVE A DISCIPLINED LIFE

POLICE BRUTALITY HAS MAIMED THE SOCIETY. POLICE HAVE BEEN ACTING BRUTAL AND SPREADING THEIR EVIL IN TO INNOCENT CIVILIANS. POLICE STAND TO BE BLAMED FOR INCREASING NUMBER OF PEOPLE TAKING TO AGGRESSIVE ACTS AND BRUTAL AND ATROCIOUS CRIMES IN LARGE NUMBERS.

STOP VANDALISM – ATROCITY – BRUTALITY – MELT OUT OF PUBLIC SECURITY – GIVE PLACE TO REFORMS THROUGH PUBLIC RESHUFFLE!

The duty of Police for which they wear uniform and carry away a monthly heavy pay packet is to secure an innocent environment for the public and innocent general public going about in pursuit of their daily bread.  Police is not expected to create hurdles to these innocent have-nots as compared to heavily paid Police Force.
